The Barite Recover Tank was built to catch effluent off the barite recovery (first) centrifuge. The polishing (second) centrifuge would draw fluid from the bottom of the tank. This tank can be adjusted 6” vertically to allow for easy overflow fluid transfer back to the rig tank. The purpose of the Barite Recovery Tank is to prevent spills on the ground from centrifuge malfunction.
