Peak Energy Services is committed to protecting the environment and maintaining public and employee health and safety throughout our operations.
Policy Principles
As part of this commitment we will:
- Meet or exceed all health, safety and environment (HS&E) legislation, regulations and requirements applicable to our business.
- Ensure that the HS&E impacts of our activities are identified, assessed and managed with employee participation, at all levels.
- Set targets to strive for continued improvement and excellence in our HS&E management system and the resulting performance.
- Manage our operations to reduce the chance of uncontrolled release of products to protect the environment, and avoid harm to people.
Operating Principles
As part of this commitment we will:
- Incorporate HS&E considerations into our business decisions.
- Recognize that preventing or minimizing adverse HS&E effects resulting from our operations is a responsible and economically sound goal.
- Implement appropriate HS&E Policies, Standards and Procedures to manage our daily operations.
- Ensure HS&E responsibilities are understood and fulfilled, by providing the necessary training, resources and support to employees.
- Ensure incidents are managed appropriately and corrective actions are implemented where weaknesses have been identified in our management system.
- Engage contract services of approved third parties, when required, who will be expected to meet or exceed the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Standards.
